*All Victory Training classes will begin with a 15 min Functional Movement warmup. From there, athletes are split and offered the opportunity to train on their specific focus area including additional Functional Movement, Speed, Agility and Jump. Due to COVID-19, no strength equipment will be used in any Victory Training classes for the time being.
